Brief Introductions:
This series of C track festoon system is widely used for crane and trolley power supply, short and middle distance light volt power transmission and anywhere moving trolley is needed. With advantages of flexible moving, safe power tranmission and reliable bending and twisting resisitance performance.
Mainly consists of cable track (cable rail), trolley, flat cable, hanging bracket, coupling, top and end device.
Components Details:
1 C-track
Trolley moving in the C-track.
Including straight track and curved section with R more than 500mm.
Length for the straight section is 4 m, 4.5, 6m.
Extended with the coupling.
2 Towing trolley
Driving the middle trolley move along the track. Four fully enclosed ball bearings, flexible, applied to the dense dust occasion.
3 Middle trolley
Wheel: fully enclosed ball bearing
Cable clamp: curved soft rubber cushion
The bumper is installed in case of impact
4 Coupling
Cold-rolled steel sheet. Bolt locking.
Extending the track.
5 Hanger bracket
Bolt locking.
6 End Trolley
Installed on the top of the track to fix the cable.
Cable connected to the power supply box and cable trolley.
7 End Stop
Prevent the trolley slide out of the track.
